Thermoformed Fibre
Thermoformed Fibre is an evolution of moulded fibre that has taken pulp performance to a higher level. Manufactured from a combination of box off-cuts and wood pulp from the FSC (sustainable) lumber industry, it affords smoother and more technically proficient moulding. This enables the mass manufacture of punnets and trays that can be used on existing de-nesting and sealing machinery instead of plastic punnets / trays, giving top-seal and shelf-life performance. Available as top sealable punnets, flat and cavity trays.
Recyclable Plastic
Recyclable Plastic trays and punnets are manufactured from R-PET (Recycled - Polyethylene terephthalate) and have a minimum of 70% content recovered from single use water bottles. The range is manufactured in the UK and Europe.
Paper
Paper bags are produced in varying sizes for all loose produce. Used for unwashed produce, keeping the natural environment to increase shelf life.
Bioplastics
Bioplastics are corn starch based bioplastic trays and punnets that are biologically synthesised to be produced from natural origins.
Board
A packaging zero plastic food safe board which is suitable for freezer, chiller, microwave and oven which uses a strong and effective barrier, ensures fresh food products remain fresher longer and is printing ink safe.
